Ward round starts 8am sharp in the Ward 12 seminar room, not the nurses' station. Bloods for the whole ward are collected at 6:30am — anything ordered after 6am waits until the afternoon round unless you ring the lab on 6450 and ask. The medical registrar carries pager 3021 overnight. Ring rather than page for anything you would describe as unwell. Discharge summaries are expected before you leave, not the next morning.
